Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is located at the Lynnfield Street Station. It is staffed by an EMT Captain and Paramedic Firefighter.

Their responsibilities include professional development and oversight for the Lynn Fire Department Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance unit as well as scheduling and conducting departmental medical training.
